The Blue Muse

A one-of-a-kind fused glass wall portrait alive with color, texture and movement.  Layers of cobalt, turquoise, and shades of blue form an expressive abstract face, accented by dimensional eyes, sweeping red lashes, a sculptural glass nose and vivid red lips.  Handcrafted glass earrings hang freely from the piece and move independently, adding a subtle kinetic element as the artwork is viewed or the surrounding air shifts.  Approximately 13" x 11.5", this is both a wall sculpture and a playful contemporary portrait.
